Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Repair and reshape vehicle body panels
- Remove dents using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure high-quality finishing and alignment
- Maintain safety and workshop standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in automotive body repair preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in auto dent repair or related automotive services.
- Certification from recognized automotive repair programs, showcasing professional credibility.
- Proficient understanding of various dent repair techniques, including PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) and traditional methods.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring every repair meets high-quality standards and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate repair processes and options to customers clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering collaboration within the shop.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and work in various positions during repairs.
- Familiarity with automotive repair software for documentation and customer management.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
