Job Description

The Automotive Parts Sales Executive is a critical player in the automotive industry, responsible for promoting and selling parts to both existing and new clients. This role demands a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories. As a sales executive, you will be tasked with nurturing client relationships to foster trust and loyalty, while meeting and exceeding sales objectives. You will also be required to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure that your clients receive the best service possible. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the automotive sector.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide detailed information and consultation on various automotive parts to clients.
  • Keep updated on emerging industry trends and integrate new product offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and lead generation plans.
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and understand market needs.
  • Execute sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely stock replenishment.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis to inform strategy and forecast future sales trends.
  • Handle customer grievances effectively and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a team-oriented sales culture.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and industry best practices is essential.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for effective data management.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
