Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in timely delivery milestones by engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage administrative processes in a structured, compliant, and timely manner
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teams
- Manage daily administrative activities including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and payment requests
- Coordinate travel, expense management, and executive support activities
- Maintain accurate records
