Key Responsibilities:
1. Azure Cloud Administration & Support
Manage and support Azure IaaS & PaaS services including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Databases.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure resources for performance and cost efficiency.
Implement best practices for resource management, scaling, and disaster recovery.
2. Networking & Connectivity
Configure and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Networks, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Load Balancers.
Manage DNS, Application Gateways, Traffic Manager, and hybrid network integrations.
3. Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Develop and maintain ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep for cloud infrastructure automation.
Implement Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD deployment automation.
Utilize PowerShell or CLI for automation of cloud operations.
4. Backup, Monitoring & Cost Optimization
Configure and manage Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Log Analytics.
Optimize cost and performance using Azure Cost Management and Advisor recommendations.
Implement monitoring and alerting through Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
5. Database & Storage Management
Manage and optimize Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and other managed database services.
Configure and maintain Azure Blob Storage, File Shares, and Disk Management.
Implement backup and retention policies for storage and databases.
6. Technical Support & Documentation
Provide L2-level support for Azure-related incidents and escalations.
Work closely with L1 engineers and senior architects to resolve complex issues.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 8 years of experience in Azure cloud administration and architecture.
Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Databases.
Hands-on experience with Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and ExpressRoute.
Proficiency in Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
Basic understanding of containerization and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
Good understanding of cloud cost management and optimization.
