Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell Workplace power and connectivity solutions across the UAE
Identify and develop new customers in office interiors, commercial projects, hospitality, and corporate fit-outs
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC consultants, and office furniture manufacturers
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Interior Design, or any degree
1–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market
Prior experience in office furniture, electrical accessories, cable management systems, workplace solutions, or interior fit-out products is highly preferred
Experience dealing with consultants, architects, interior designers, PMC/MEP consultants, and contractors
Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Confident in conducting product demos and technical presentations
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of UAE construction and office fit-out project lifecycle
Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and submittals
Familiarity with specification-based selling and consultant approvals
Knowledge of premium or European brands will be an added advantage
