Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
Responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate gifting and institutional sales, managing bulk and customized orders for corporate clients, and expanding business through outdoor sales activities. The position focuses on acquiring new corporate accounts, managing existing clients, coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment, and ensuring timely dispatch and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through institutional orders, corporate gifting, and bulk customized product offerings
Identify and acquire new corporate clients through outdoor sales, field visits, and market outreach
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Present gifting solutions for occasions such as festivals, employee rewards, events, and corporate milestones
Showcase vendor samples, gifting catalogues, and customization options to clients
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for branding, packaging, and product customization
Propose creative hamper combinations and gifting solutions based on client requirements and budgets
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
Coordinate internally to ensure accurate quantities, customization details, and timelines
Ensure all corporate and institutional orders are dispatched on time and as per client specifications
Track order status and proactively resolve any issues related to delivery or quality
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the order lifecycle
Follow up with clients for payment collections and documentation
Ensure compliance with agreed payment terms and maintain accurate sales records
Maintain detailed sales reports, client interactions, and revenue tracking
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor pricing, and client preferences
Support management with insights to improve product offerings and sales strategy
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in corporate sales / institutional sales / corporate gifting
Experience handling bulk orders and customized product solutions is an added advantage
