Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with beauty retailers, spas, and salons to drive B2B sales growth, focusing on key account development.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beauty industry, targeting potential clients and expanding market reach.
- Present and demonstrate beauty product lines to prospective clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits to increase conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales within the beauty or cosmetics industry is required.
Prior experience with beauty product sales, including skincare, makeup, or haircare.
A strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and the sales process.
