Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of products including: Croissants and laminated pastries, Traditional baguettes, Naturally leavened sourdoughs, English-style cakes and other baked goods
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all baked items
Manage dough fermentation, shaping, and baking schedules
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the baking area
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
Desired Candidate Profile
5 8 years of professional baking experience
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques
Experience working with natural starters and long-fermentation doughs
Attention to detail and passion for quality ingredients
