Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cakes, cookies, and other baked items according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and mold doughs, batters, icings, and fillings.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure proper baking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Follow portion control, storage, and labeling procedures.
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, including early mornings or long shifts.
• Creativity and passion for baking.
