Job Description:

We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake items such as bread, cakes, pastries, buns, and desserts
Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes
Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Decorate cakes and pastries (for Baker role)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and proffers
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and raw materials
Ensure proper storage of bakery products and ingredients

Salary: 40,000 per month + Benefits

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred)
Experience: Baker: Minimum 2+ years
Basic to advanced knowledge of baking techniques
Experience in bakery or pastry production
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Creativity in presentation (for experienced bakers)
Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
