Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of banquet events, from setup to breakdown, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the banquet team, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct pre-event briefings, reviewing event details, timelines, and special requests to ensure team preparedness and efficiency.
- Manage event timelines, coordinating with kitchen, bar, and other departments to guarantee timely food and beverage service.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event service, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential for understanding event dynamics.
