Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities


Plan, organize, and execute banquet events, conferences, and corporate functions.

Supervise and train banquet staff to maintain high service standards.

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor event setups, service, and breakdowns to ensure quality and efficiency.

Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and supplies.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Control labor and operating costs while maximizing revenue.


Requirements:


Previous experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Flexibility to work

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
