About the Role
Join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team as Bar Supervisor at Rock Bar, an elevated, cliffside lounge experience at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Bar Manager, you will help bring to life a unique social venue that showcases curated non-alcoholic cocktails, premium beverages, and unforgettable Red Sea sunsets.

What You Will Do

• Support pre-opening activities including bar setup, product selection, SOP implementation, and team onboarding.

• Supervise day-to-day service operations, ensuring the timely delivery of handcrafted, non-alcoholic beverages and guest-centric experiences.

• Assist in training bartenders and service team on presentation, storytelling, and service standards.

• Monitor inventory, ensure bar cleanliness, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Provide hands-on leadership during service, engaging guests and supporting service recovery when needed.

• Contribute to seasonal menu updates and creative bar activations in collaboration with leadership.

• Ensure consistent adherence to the Four Seasons brand standards and Rock Bar s distinct identity.

What You Bring

• Experience in a supervisory role at a luxury bar, lounge, or concept-driven venue.

• Strong understanding of non-alcoholic mixology and emerging beverage trends.

• Pre-opening or launch experience is highly desirable.

• A natural host with a detail-oriented and guest-focused mindset.

• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
