Roles & Responsibilities
The Barista & Atelier Supervisor supports the daily operations of the atelier and caf area by preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring the space runs smoothly and reflects the brand experience. This role includes managing opening/closing procedures, supervising staff and workflows, coordinating schedules for classes and studio sessions, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, handling customer service and payments, and monitoring stock, supplies, and equipment to ensure an organized and welcoming environment.
