Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Baristas to join a vibrant specialty coffee shop in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who genuinely love coffee, take pride in craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every cup and every guest interaction matters.

What s on Offer:

Visa provided

Medical insurance

1 day off per week

Salary: AED 3,000 3,500 (based on experience, interview & trial performance)

Tips

Candidates are required to arrange their own accommodation and transport.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop within the GCC (mandatory)
  • Currently in the UAE and available for a face to face interview and trial
  • Ability to start as soon as possible
  • Strong passion and solid knowledge of specialty coffee
  • Outgoing, energetic, and guest-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Warm, engaging, and service-driven approach
  • Ability to perform in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Strong team spirit and a positive work ethic
