Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. • Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage payments. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including tables, counters, equipment, and floors. • Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, take orders, and respond to inquiries. • Assist in daily store operations as needed, supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow.
