About the Role:

We re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team focused on delivering a perfect cup of handmade coffee while delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Whether in customer-facing roles, food preparation, or operational support, you ll play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our customers while working as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Operate equipment or coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently and safely.
• Follow health and safety standards by always adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issue professionally.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Previous Barista or Caf Experience
• With knowledge in cash handling & POS system
• Passionate about creating positive guest experiences, making product recommendations, or keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Able to interact clearly with customers and team members.
