Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies

• Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service at all times

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and seating areas

• Handle customer orders, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Recommend menu items and upsell products to enhance guest satisfaction

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
