In the role of Barista / Juicer your primary focus is on delivering great guest satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience: Craft memorable guest experiences, embodying enthusiasm, attentiveness, and the Joe & The Juice spirit, ensuring guests leave with an urge to come back for more.
Product Quality: Ensure all our products meet company standards, following the product manual for consistency, ensuring excellence in every product.
Hygiene: Maintain company cleaning standards following guidelines, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment in adherence to the company's cleanliness policies and guidelines.
