Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, is a leading logistics and transportation platform in Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a BDM for Transportation Services to lead business development and drive commercial growth across their land transportation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers, lead generation, conversion, and closing deals
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Drive revenue growth and margin improvement across transportation services
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) effectively
  • Lead and manage the transportation team to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery
  • Maintain structured CRM updates and generate weekly sales reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to implement sales strategies
  • Present and demonstrate ISNAD s land transportation solutions to clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights for sales strategy refinement

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field 6 8+ years of commercial experience with at least 4 years in land transportation sales Deep knowledge of the Saudi logistics market and strong customer network Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts successfully Experience with import/export, port operations, shipping, and customs clearance is a plus Strong presentation and communication skills able to deliver demos effectively Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Arabic and English essential for client interaction and team coordination
