Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultations on skincare and makeup, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs and preferences to enhance their natural beauty.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, building rapport, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting products, demonstrating their benefits, and closing sales effectively to contribute to the store's overall revenue goals.
  • Master product knowledge, staying informed about the latest trends, ingredients, and application techniques to confidently address customer inquiries and provide informed advice.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and a commitment to learning.

  • Minimum of 5 year of experience in the beauty industry, giving you a strong foundation and understanding of the beauty products and sales.

  • Prior experience in luxury retail environments, providing a deeper understanding of customer service expectations and brand standards.
