Role Overview

The Lease Coordinator supports day-to-day leasing operations by managing the full cycle of lease agreements and maintaining accurate fleet and vehicle data. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and external authorities while upholding high standards of accuracy and operational efficiency. This position directly contributes to the readiness and reliability of the fleet through timely updates and effective process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and process new lease agreements in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.

· Manage the closure of pre-lease and lease agreements, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately.

· Handle lease agreement extensions, coordinating with relevant departments and updating all records in a timely manner.

· Coordinate the induction of new vehicles into the fleet management system (Mile Power), ensuring all relevant details are recorded.

· Reconcile daily vehicle invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department for approval and processing.

· Update vehicle kilometers in Mile Power and ensure accurate mileage records are maintained at all times.

· Review and correct movement details upon request from Managers, especially in cases of errors committed by drivers or CSAs.

· Liaise with Salik authorities for the activation and deactivation of Salik tags for fleet vehicles.

· Provide Salik trip details promptly whenever requested by customers, counters, or internal departments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth leasing operations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
