Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and engage potential customers in outdoor settings, such as shopping centers and events, to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Deliver captivating product demonstrations and consultations, highlighting the benefits and features of our beauty products with flair.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets by effectively closing deals and building a loyal customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree or certification in cosmetology, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven outdoor sales experience, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry, showcasing a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and application techniques, demonstrating a passion for the beauty industry.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement and persuasion with potential customers.
