Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of BIM standards and workflows across architectural projects, aligned with ISO 19650 principles and internal best practices.

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate architectural Revit models for medium to large-scale projects.

  • Assist in interdisciplinary coordination using federated models, clash detection, and issue tracking through tools such as Navisworks and BIMcollab.

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM templates, families, libraries, and naming conventions.

  • Support the use of parametric and computational tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper to improve efficiency and design workflows.

  • Coordinate with visualization teams to support BIM-to-visualization workflows using tools like Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion.

  • Assist in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring proper documentation, version control, and model coordination.

  • Participate in model audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement of BIM processes.

  • Stay updated on emerging BIM tools and technologies and contribute ideas for process enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of professional BIM experience, preferably within architectural or multidisciplinary design environments.

  • Strong working proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with hands-on experience in architectural modeling and coordination.

  • Working knowledge of Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo (advanced expertise is a plus).

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution plans, and coordination workflows.

  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
