Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow moulding machines (PET bottle production lines).
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults to minimize production downtime.
Maintain and repair auxiliary equipment including compressors, chillers, molds, and conveyors.
Ensure proper mold changing, alignment, and machine calibration.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and refinery standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain spare parts inventory and support procurement planning.
Adhere to safety policies and industrial regulations at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in blow moulding machine maintenance.
Experience in edible oil refinery or FMCG manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of PET blow moulding systems, PLC basics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance planning.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Able to relocate to Pointe Noire, Congo
