Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and generate BMS sales opportunities in UAE market

  2. Meet consultants, contractors, and end users for business development

  3. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for BMS projects

  4. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  5. Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for project submissions

  6. Follow up quotations and negotiate contracts with clients

  7. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support

  8. Identify new projects and market opportunities in Dubai/UAE

  9. Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions

  10. Prepare sales reports and update management regularly

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 4–7 years of BMS sales experience in UAE

  2. UAE driving license mandatory

  3. Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)

  4. Ability to work independently and achieve targets

  5. Experience in handling contractors, consultants, and end users

  6. Good communication and client management skills
