The Role: Brand Marketing Executive
We are seeking a brand marketing executive to elevate JayWay Travel s brand to new heights. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for refining brand positioning, driving visibility in key markets (mainly the USA), and delivering campaigns that translate into measurable business growth.
As the senior guardian of our brand identity , you will not only manage our marketing function but also inspire a team to deliver bold, creative, and effective campaigns that bring JayWay s story to life across digital and offline channels.
Your work will directly shape how clients perceive JayWay Travel aspirational, exclusive, and trusted for personalized European journeys .
Your Mission
- Elevate Brand Identity Strengthen JayWay s presence in the US and global markets, ensuring brand messaging reflects our uniqueness and high-touch personalization.
- Lead Strategy & Execution Guide campaigns, content, and partnerships that spark inspiration and drive qualified leads, bookings, and long-term loyalty.
- Inspire Audiences Create storytelling and brand activations that turn followers into advocates and customers into repeat travelers.
- Deliver Measurable Impact Translate brand visibility into real business outcomes, ensuring marketing efforts consistently support sales and operations.
- Align the Team Unite, guide, and manage the marketing team toward clear goals and a shared direction.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own JayWay s brand narrative and editorial direction, previously overseen by the Business Development Director.
- Oversee content creation and campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Forge partnerships, manage PR, and represent JayWay at industry conferences.
- Evaluate performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Support sales and operations with impactful collateral and marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging tools (including AI in marketing).
- Proven senior-level experience (5+ years) in brand management, preferably in travel, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle.
- Expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and market positioning in high-touch B2C industries.
- Strong understanding of US consumer behavior and ability to craft campaigns that resonate with American audiences.
- Demonstrated success in large-scale campaign execution and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Confident public speaker and brand ambassador, capable of representing JayWay on global stages.
- Strategic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital performance without needing to manage the tactical execution.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in marketing for creative and performance gains.
- Skilled in team management, project oversight, and content editorial direction.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
