Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute store-level marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate in-store activations, seasonal campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Build relationships with residential communities, societies, schools, corporates, and local associations for conducting events and promotional activities.
Organize society activations, roadshows, sampling activities, and awareness campaigns to drive footfall to stores.
Develop strategic alliances with local businesses, gyms, salons, schools, and community groups for co-branded promotions and customer acquisition initiatives.
Identify and coordinate with local influencers and micro-influencers for store promotions and campaigns.
Drive loyalty app registrations through activations, kiosks, outdoor events, and in-store engagement.
Coordinate flyer distribution campaigns and monitor effectiveness.
Conduct customer feedback collection activities and share actionable insights with management.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, printers, promoters, and event suppliers.
Track campaign performance, footfall impact, app registrations, and event ROI.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative BTL ideas.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, preferably in Retail/FMCG/Fashion/Jewelry industry.
Strong understanding of local Oman OR GCC market and consumer engagement activities.
Experience in event management, activations, promotions, and community marketing.
Good networking and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and vendors simultaneously.
Creative mindset with strong execution capability.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to travel across Oman stores and event locations.
Oman Driving License will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media coordination is a plus
