Bus Assistant/Admin Assistant School

The Bus Nanny works with the bus driver and ensures that the students onward and return journey to school by bus is safe and orderly. She is responsible for safety and wellbeing of all students under her care including the students with disabilities. She must make sure that students embark and safely disembark from the bus and oversee their activities during transport. Ensure that students are picked up and dropped off at the designated points as agreed upon (onward and return journey) Ensure that all children are picked up and dropped off and that bus is declared as clear with no students left behind. Supervise students as they board and leave the bus especially when they are crossing streets Physically check the bus after every trip to be sure that no child is left behind For the KG/FS2 trip make sure the respective parent is available at the stop for collection of the child / children If the parent is not available at the stop, call the parents if they don’t respond take that child back to the school and inform the transport in charge and respective supervisor Handle children carefully, and maintain safety and discipline on the bus Requirements: Reasonable fluency in English Prior experience in UAE schools Computer Knowledge
