Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze client needs and translate them into ERP system configurations and solutions.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.
  • Lead or assist in ERP implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support, helping clients optimize their workflows.
  • Train end-users and develop documentation to enhance ERP system usage.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve system functionality based on user feedback.
  • Self-manage tasks, learn continuously, and evolve within a dynamic, interpersonal environment.

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s or Technology degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems (is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and enterprise software workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with global clients and provide consulting.
  • Willingness to learn, continually evolve, and self-manage in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally for client support and project implementation.
