Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, SOPs, process flows, and system documentation
Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams
Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
Create clear documentation for APIs, integrations, workflows, and system changes
Maintain version-controlled documentation and knowledge repositories
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience in Technical Writing & Business Analysis
Experience in Digital Transformation projects
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, User Manuals, SOPs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Government or large enterprise project exposure is highly preferred
Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation tools
