Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and technology teams to design effective payment solutions.
  • Work on FTS, SWIFT, WPS, Payment Hub systems and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, providing domain expertise and solution guidance.
  • Support testing, validation, and production rollout of payment-related projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / SME in Payments.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of FTS, SWIFT, WPS, Payment Hub.
  • Proven experience in banking/financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
