Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

MW Global Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Business Consultant & PRO Manager to handle end‑to‑end business setup services, client advisory, and government documentation processes. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free Zone procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage clients professionally from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of business setup services (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)

  • Advise clients on company formation options, structures, and requirements

  • Handle all PRO activities including visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, license renewals, cancellations, and government submissions

  • Prepare, review, and process all required documentation for business setup

  • Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Free Zones, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate records of applications, timelines, and approvals

  • Provide clients with updates, guidance, and professional support throughout the process

  • Conduct consultations and convert leads into active clients

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, documentation clearing, or PRO services

  • Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures

  • Excellent communication and client‑handling skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office and government online systems

  • Arabic language skills are an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Strong negotiation and follow‑up abilities

  • Customer‑centric approach with problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle client portfolios

  • Experience dealing with corporate clients is a plus
