Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a Saudi female who is fluent in Arabic and has a strong background in digital business development. This role involves cold calling, customer outreach, and lead nurturing to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to identify potential customers and introduce the company s services.
• Organize and manage customer outreach for webinars and virtual events, ensuring high participation and engagement.
• Coordinate follow-up calls post-webinars and events to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Assist in tracking engagement and lead generation metrics from events and webinars to improve outreach strategies.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align cold calling efforts with overall sales strategies and targets.
• Handle Box Moving Deals, including license/3rd party solutions sales and renewals.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic & English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead tracking systems
