Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Business Development Professional to join our organsation.
Responsibilities:
Person will be responsible for generating direct sales for the company by:
a. Acquiring clients and orders for cooking workshops & salad/sandwich
catering from new companies, educational institutions and others (see
target audience).
b. Follow up and generating new business from existing corporate clients
including companies, schools, educational institutions and others.
c. Investigating food-related, cultural, social, or relevant venues and
opportunities to showcase our business in public or private venues.
d. B-C sales generation, a 10% discount code will be provided.
e. Other means of generating direct Sales.
2. Target Audience:
a. Universities & Colleges
b. Schools
c. Hospitals (Nursing moms, bone marrow broth, etc.)
d. Cultural & Community Centers
e. Government & Semi Government Agencies
f. Educational Centers
g. Corporate Companies
h. Potential Leads
i. Al Quoz Art Festival
ii. Dubai Food Festival
iii. Emirates Bio Farm
iv. Sharjah Women Club
v. Al Barsha Community Centre
i. A target will be mutually set for the first 3 months prior to commencing
and will be reviewed every 2 weeks or as needed.
j. A major revision will be conducted at the end of the 3-month cap to
understand achievements, shortcomings, improvements and set the
target for the next phase.

4. Compensation:
a. Compensation for B-B will be solely on commission basis where 25% of
Net Profit to be provided after payment is received by SUMAC.
b. Compensation for B-C will be solely on commission basis where 10% of
Revenue to be provided by the end of each month
c. Compensation for awareness events will be discussed on a case by case
basis
