Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with incoming leads through calls and emails within specified timelines to gather information about their requirements and assign them to the appropriate business development consultant
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and business development consultants, ensuring smooth communication
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead information in the CRM system
- Manage follow-up communications to keep prospects engaged and ensure they progress through the sales pipeline, if required
- Prepare and distribute reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and pipeline progress
- Assist in reviewing and refining proposals to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant in document preparation, and CRM data management related to business development operations
- Stay informed about legislative and legal changes that could impact CBC's business environment, and communicate relevant updates to the business development team
- Research and identify networking events that can serve as effective lead generation tools for the business development team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of business development activities
- Conduct research with government and free zone authorities to assist the business development team with inquiries
- Ensure proposal templates are well-maintained and updated as needed
- Provide the team with daily updates on relevant industry news
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- 3+ years of experience working in corporate/professional services within the UAE
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Must be able to multitask and handle heavy workloads efficiently
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- High degree of maturity, integrity, and energy, with good judgment and listening capability
Desired Candidate Profile
