Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

he Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in 3PL contract logistics.

The role focuses on acquiring FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and industrial clients requiring warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics services.

*Prior experience in UAE region is a must.

  • Strong understanding of 3PL operations: warehousing, distribution, transportation, and value-added services.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them to revenue.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer supply chain pain points and develop relevant solutions.
  • Strong networking abilities within FMCG, retail, and logistics sectors.
  • Good knowledge of UAE market, customs rules, and regulatory logistics frameworks (preferred).
  • CRM proficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in 3PL sales / contract logistics / value added services
  • Prior experience as warehouse or logistics coordinator can also be considered
  • UAE driving license required.
