Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads within the accounting and tax domain through proactive field sales activities, focusing on potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments for prospective clients, understanding their specific accounting and tax challenges and objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our accounting and tax services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, controllers, and business owners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Possess 3-5 years of proven field sales experience within the accounting, tax, or financial services industry.
Demonstrates a understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
