Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new HoReCa customers (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering)
  • Actively expand the customer base through direct market visits, referrals, and networking
  • Achieve monthly and annual new business targets in terms of volume and revenue
  • Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation and market activation initiatives
  • Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities
  • Ensure pricing is aligned with approved pricing structures and management approvals
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Maintain and update new customer acquisition pipeline and reports
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to management
  • Support marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in new customer acquisition within HoReCa – UAE

  • Strong background in FMCG sales, preferably beverages

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close new accounts

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driven
