Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market for IT services including software development, mobile apps, e-commerce, and web solutions.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with decision-makers across industries.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

· Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.

· Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to promote the company’s services in the UAE.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM systems.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales in the UAE IT market.

· Proven track record of selling IT solutions, software, mobile applications, e-commerce, or web development services.

· Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and culture.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

· Ability to travel within UAE for client meetings and business development activities.
