Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets (Russian, Italian, and European regions)
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and business meetings
Promote company services/products to international clients and partners
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities
Provide regular reports on business development progress to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (UAE or international experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of European markets (Russian, Italian, or other EU regions)
Multilingual skills preferred (English + Russian / Italian / European language)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in CRM systems and MS Office tools
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
