Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role focuses on driving international business growth by developing global partnerships, managing cross-border alliances, and expanding the firm’s presence in overseas markets. It also involves representing the firm at international forums, nurturing global client relationships, and converting networking opportunities into long-term engagements.
Should be willing to work as an individual contributor initially
Experience required - 5+ years
Job Location: Dubai
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be multilingual (English and Dutch) - Mandatory
Previous experience of business partnerships/ strategic relationship development (preferably for tax and accounting firms)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Proposed job responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
Build relationships with foreign accounting, tax, and consulting firms for referrals and collaborations
Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s global presence
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partner firms
Act as the primary point of contact for global alliances and cross-border engagements
Manage follow-ups and nurture leads generated through networking activities
Represent the firm at international conferences, summits, and networking events
Plan participation, schedule meetings, and maximize ROI from events
Deliver presentations or pitches about the firm’s services and capabilities
