Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive with excellent

communication skills and a passion for sales. You will drive new sales and grow

existing accounts for IT software solutions across the clientbase.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities via calls,

emails, LinkedIn, events (e.g., GITEX), and partner referrals.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a healthy sales funnel; maintain accurate

CRM hygiene and forecasting.

  • Customer Engagement: Run discovery, demos with pre-sales, solution positioning,

and business case development.

  • Proposals & Closures: Coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, and commercials;

negotiate and close deals.

  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with vendor/Distributor teams (e.g., Red Hat,

SUSE, VMware/Broadcom, AWS, Azure) on demand gen, deal registration, and

campaigns.

  • Account Management: Develop multi-stakeholder relationships; drive renewals

and cross/upsell motions.

  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor moves, pricing, and regional trends to refine

go-to-market tactics.

  • Reporting: Weekly activity, pipeline, and forecast updates; deliver against

monthly/quarterly targets (MRR/ARR, GP)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience in IT software/solutions/services

(fresh, high-potential candidates with strong communication and drive will also be

considered).

  • Strong communication (English a must), presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with one or more of: Linux, containers/Kubernetes, cloud platforms,

automation (Ansible), virtualization, backup/DR, DevSecOps.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, target-driven environment with frequent customer

meetings across UAE/GCC.

  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/IT/Engineering or related).

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Qualified opportunities created per month and conversion rates.

  • New customer acquired and revenue/GP targets achieved (monthly/quarterly).

  • Renewal rate and cross/upsell performance.

  • Activity metrics: meetings, demos, proposals, and forecast accuracy.
