Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize tools such as Google Search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to identify and generate new leads.
- Target potential customers across various segments, including B2B, B2C, and Incentive & Reward Platforms.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover new business opportunities.
- Research potential clients to understand their business models and needs.
- Assess the quality of leads by reviewing their websites, content, and alignment with Bamboo Card s criteria.
- Ensure leads meet the required standards for potential partnerships and opportunities.
- Log all qualified leads into the CRM system accurately and assign them to the appropriate Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads.
- Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media to introduce Bamboo Card s offerings and initiate relationships.
- Personalize communication to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Participate in regular team meetings to align on goals, strategies, and progress.
- Track lead generation activities and report key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
- Continuously improve the lead generation process based on performance data.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
- Contribute to overall company growth by identifying high-potential leads.
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Experience with CRM systems for managing and tracking leads.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
