Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Identify, evaluate,and onboard new partners including fintech companies, retail brands, loyalty platforms, and financial service providers.
• Initiate and manage collaboration discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership agreements.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful partner integration and campaign execution.
• Track partner performance, generate business insights, and support continuous optimisation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business visibility and brand reach.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships,Fintech, Digital Payments, Loyalty, or related domains.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships and deliver measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer acquisition strategies, and partnership models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet targets.
