Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector.
  • Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR professionals.
  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and performance targets.
  • Prepare and negotiate business proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment cycle.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
