Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR professionals.
- Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and performance targets.
- Prepare and negotiate business proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment cycle.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
- Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
