Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new business clients in target industries (corporate, healthcare, professional services, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote cross-selling and upselling of our services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and consultancy) to ensure client requirements are translated into deliverables.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Represent Skills Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
- Track performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts; report regularly to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment, HR services, or consultancy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, outsourcing, or HR advisory services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-starter, result-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
