Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Managing and growing the number of the customer by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Strong understanding of products/services being offered as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
Inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.
Track and update prospective client’s database.
Support in writing new business proposals.
Arrange or coordinate for meetings of senior management with prospective clients.
Monitor project status on a day-to-day basis and coordination with clients for fees collection based on the agreed proposal.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a BDO or relevant role is a must.
Effective and strong, written and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suit.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
A Fast learner with detail oriented and an active listener.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Should have the capabilities in delivering well informed and attractive presentations.
