Attend face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, pitch services, and close deals.

Build and maintain a robust client pipeline, prioritising high-value and long-term opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions, establishing new contacts and strengthening brand visibility.

Lead the client onboarding process with care and precision, ensuring a smooth transition and strong first impression.

Proactively manage post-onboarding relationships, working to resolve issues, encourage repeat listings, and build client loyalty.

Collaborate regularly with the UK team regarding strategy, commercial goals, best practices, and business development initiatives.
