Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and qualify new potential clients, focusing on corporate entities, event management companies, hospitality groups and agencies requiring high-quality AV production services.
  • Generate new sales leads and maintain a robust pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose customized AV and production packages.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new business accounts, ensuring a seamless handover to the Project Management team once a contract is secured.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and secure new contacts.
  • Develop compelling, professional and technically accurate proposals and quotations for large-scale event productions (Audio Systems, Event Lighting, Video Display Systems, Live Streaming, etc.).
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and technical advancements in the AV and events market to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the company CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience selling technical services or solutions rather than just products.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the events market and the technical requirements of AV production (e.g., sound, lighting, video, staging).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
